Terms and Conditions.
1. The promoter is: Aggregato Australia Pty Ltd, ABN no. 35 167 184 376 whose registered office is in Sydney. NSW Permit number LTPS/15/08054.
2. Employees of Aggregato Australia or their family members or anyone else connected in any way with the promotion or helping to set up the promotion shall not be permitted to enter the promotion.
3. Unless otherwise indicated, all times and dates specified in these terms and conditions are times and dates in Sydney, Australia which may be in the time zones AEST or AEDT depending on the date.
4. Promotion start date will be 9:00am 1 October 2015. Promotion closing date will be 11:59pm 1 April 2016. After this date no further promotion claims will be permitted.
5. No responsibility can be accepted for claims not received for whatever reason.

Promotion Rules
A) Entry into the promotion is only open to Aggregato Australia customers who purchase are specially marked Hello China $10.00 Phonecard from participating retail stores in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane.
B) Aggregato Australia customers have a purchase limit of 5 specially marked Hello China $10.00 Phonecards per transaction.
C) If the promotional message is one of the "Winning Messages" in Column 1 of the table below (the " Winning Hello China $10.00 Phonecard Table "), the Phonecard is a "Winning Hello China $10.00 Phonecard". The Winning Hello China $10.00 Phonecard entitles the entrant, subject to these terms and conditions of entry, to claim the corresponding prize in Column 2 in the same row of the Winning Hello China $10.00 Phonecard Table (each an "Instant Phone Card Prize"):

D) To collect the Instant Phone Card Prize of “Win another Card”, “$2.00 Cash Back”, “$5.00 Cash back” and “$10.00 Cash Back” the winning entrant will need to visit the participating Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane retail store. The Winning Hello China $10.00 Phonecard must be shown to the retail store and surrendered to receive the Instant Phone Card Prize. It is recommended that the included credit of all Winning Hello China $10.00 Phonecards is used and the unique pin number is recorded somewhere safe before redeeming the Instant Phone Card Prize. Aggregato Australia assumes no responsibility, and shall not be liable for, any loss of credit or damages to your phonecard.
E) To collect the Instant Phone Card Prize of “$500 Winner” and “$1000 Winner” the winning entrant must contact Aggregato Australia on 1300 875 660 or salesaus@aggregatoglobal.com.au and make available the original Winning Hello China $10.00 Phonecard to Aggregato Australia along with photo ID upon request when claiming the prize. The major Hello Phone Card Prizes will be issued from the closet Aggregato Australia State Office.
F) The winning entrant of the Instant Phone Card Prize of “$500 Winner” and “$1000 Winner” will receive the Prepaid Visa Card within 28 days of contacting Aggregato Australia. When redeeming the Instant Phone Card Prize of “$500 Winner” and “$1000 Winner” the Winning Hello China $10.00 Phonecard must be surrendered to Aggregato Australia. If the winning entrant cannot be contacted within 28 days Aggregato Australia reserve the right to withdraw and forfeit the prize.
7. The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
8. The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
9. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
10. The promoter will notify the winner when and where the prize can be collected.
11. The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
12. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his / her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
13. The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by Australian law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
14. The winner agrees to the use of his / her name and image in any publicity material. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current Australian data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
15. Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
